To whom I may concern I'm in apartment 291 at 29930. I moved into this apartment about three months ago being that I knew that they were replacing the carpets into wooden floors and I was living upstairs and 296 wanting to have the floor instead of carpet because my carpet was lifting at the areas where they replaced it. Requesting and also offering to pay for the replacement of the floor and for the people to place the floor they refused to let me upgrade my floors, so we decided why not move into the bottom apartment downstairs. From the minute of signing the contract things went wrong the manager had me moving out a day before I was allowed to move into my new apartment. I asked her where do you want me to go for one night ? She replied you will have to pay for an extra day. Unbelievable but not wanting to argue I just paid for an extra day . excited to move in and having my floors I didn't mind to pay but little did I know what was to come. every since I moved in the refrigerator has been leaking water yes they replaced it ones but the one they replaced it with is leaking too I'm using a body towel to collect the water calling n calling their answer is - we will get back to you we will call you , we are short handed 3 months with a refrigerator that leaks I told them I paid to move into an apartment that has the floors I can't show off my nice floors with a towel collecting the leak from the fridge. I even told them if the water stains m Resolution Sought Fix things. Just like you like my rent check I like the apartment I pay for and the amenities to work . When I put in a fix it ticket I would like it to get fix to excuse that your short handed . I love my apartment but my floor will soon be stain due to semester leak cause the managers don't care . I bet you that all their appliances work!
