Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company does not deserve this 1 star, but it is as low as the site will let me go. Will never do business with this company again. 1st I got the wrong item, they claim they mailed it out again and that it was lost in transit. They promised a partial refund which I have not seen. I have been trying to work with them since May 8, 2020, it is now July 29, 2020 and all I get from them is be patient your refund is in the process......it is well past the 7-10 days that they claim it will take. Do not fall for this scam. They have good prices but you get a lot of frustration since you never get anything except lies and excuses.
