They are always late, or they don't show up at all, but when they do they over charge.

This is the cab company here in Cape Girardeau Missouri. They are always late, or they don't show up at all, but when they do they over charge. The price is supposed to be 6 dollars if you order a cab before 10pm, but they charge you 8 dollars after they get there. Last night it was freezing cold, and l ordered a cab to be at my work at 10.35pm and l was willing to pay the 8 dollars, but they never showed up, l waited for 45 minutes, and l had to walk 12 blocks home in the freezing rain. Just investigate and let the world know that they are awful.
