We rate this company as having an unsatisfactory business performance record based on concerns relating to the complaint. The one complaint on file alleges that the company misrepresented the maturity date of the CD purchased, that the CD could easily be sold, that the company failed to pay interest on annuities and that the company failed to make disbursements from an IRA as required by law. The complainant also alleged contacting the company on many ocassions to obtain interest, disbursements and clarification on the investments but never received any money, nor would the company close the accounts. The company failed to respond to this complaint.
