I'm not reliable for this debt with opensky and opensky also sold the debt in question to another agency but still reporting in fraud on my credit report. I do not have a contract with this company. Resolution Sought If this company can not show debt validation under 15 USC 1692(g). Provide me with the original contract with my wet signature. Or the right with authorization to collect a debt. Final outcome is to cease and desist under 15 USC 1692(c) to cease all communication not limited to credit reporting.

Its not the amount. But this predatory company needs to be reported. When I had zero credit, the only way to get established was to get a secured card. I deposited $200 maybe 10 years or longer ago. I am now an accountant and have good credit, and I would love to close this card, but they make it impossible. I used to have an auto charge and an auto pay go in and out of it just to keep activity on it, but I dont have any need for it any more and I dont want to pay the fee. Speaking of that annual fee - for a secured card - I had changed . I just got a ding on my credit because - the annual fee of $35 had not been paid, and I was charged $27 late fee. There is no way to reach a person online, and you cant close your account online, you cant even send a message. They also do not have a phone number you can call. Only have an address to write to for "disputes". Resolution Sought They need change their predatory practices, they are preying on vulnerable people who already have very few choices.

Their only response was - card member not found...This isn't about me, or any single issue - this is about a predatory, bogus credit card company that someone needs to take a harder look at. I described in detail the way they operate and take advantage of the most desperate and vulnerable - and it's next to impossible to cancel. Any business, and I do mean ANY business, that can't provide any communication by phone or web...only physical us mail.....come on, a reminder that it's 2024...that's not.old fashioned, it's just crooked.
