This company offers a business opportunity and training seminars on mortgage factoring. According to the company, seminar graduates are provided the opportunity to become independent contractors working for Capital Investments as property locators. Located properties would be submitted for approval to Capital South Mortgage. If approved, and finalized, the contractor would allegedly earn a commission from the sale. In May, 1998, the company advised us that they no longer offer training programs and are now selling books and tapes through a subsidiary company.
