Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Excellent Biz Plan experience

Capital West Advisors was tasked with creating a business plan for our multi carrier wireless services company. The business model is quite complex and required a true analysis of the business and working components. Capital West took the time to thoroughly understand how our business operates, and put that to paper in a complete and indepth business plan. We learned quite a bit about our business through the process. Be prepared to be challenged to look deep into your business and be blown away with the results.. I will continue to use Capital West as our business grows to ensure a path to continued success..
