Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Captain Marketing is the worst SEO Company in the USA Stay Away from Captain Marketing,

For over a year CM did nothing to help me They were great at charging my Credit cards, CM can’t be trusted. They actually did very little to help my rankings or websites A horrible experience. Deceitful, terribly disorganized. Since 3 months after leaving CM my rankings have improved dramatically, over 300%.
