Close there doors

I had a appointment to get my smart start taken off my car they said system is down they cant do it. Then I had my friend call and see if I could come in to calibrate they said sure right after lunch. So not only did they lie to me when I went in on Friday to get it collaborated. I told them that device was not working properly and they told me that maybe I shouldn't have been drinking and driving and called me a drunk and was very rude and disrespectful to me this place has the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life they shouldn't be in business I've never felt so disrespected in my life action needs to be taken asap
