Poor service

I had a very bad experience with dealership . Doesn't work on customers car in a timely fashion. Almost lost my job because they wouldn't give me ant type of vehicle transportation for me to get to work and pay bills have yet to pay . They had my car since past Saturday and still no resolution. One worker was rude and hung up on me knowing I could lose my job because of delay on their part. Sad
