I have been making payments through money orders to cover Dell & Company I have gotten my card so everything is covered including towing four or five months job in paying and all of a sudden they went incognito they will not give me a contact to any social media email or any phone calls the same goes for my auto mechanic I even contacted someone the highest up so I'm starting to think that this may be a scam company their Facebook page home says 2000s is the latest is what it says on its page it is not BBB accredited I will not continue to pay them money if they are not going to do what they say they're going to do did your cardinal told that after like 3 months everything was fine like a start the process well they went incognito you never got a pack in the mail that explains everything with extra card so I can do the same to my other two vehicles. Resolution Sought What I would like is to return the phone calls to all my auto mechanic and emails and contact them and me to show us both that they are the legitimate company that they say they are and who they say they are to start the process of repairing my vehicle or vehicles despite the lack of parts find out what else is going on and how many of these claims of people at this is the best company to get your vehicle fixed and need to be some dirt digging

This letter is in response to your recent correspondence regarding the inquiry from Mr. Bryan Tichota. We are confident the following information will be beneficial and answer Mr. Tichota's questions and concerns regarding the Carefree Auto program. Mr. Tichota's Carefree Auto program became effective on October 25, 2022. The program is an auto expense reimbursement program that provides: • Towing/Roadside Assistance: Benefit provides emergency roadside assistance 24/7. The membership covers $100 per emergency roadside service at a maximum of three services per membership year. • Repair Reimbursement: Benefit reimburses the member 30% of paid electrical or mechanical repair cost, up to a maximum of $500 per claim and a maximum total payout of $1000 per membership year. • Routine Maintenance: This online benefit provides members access to savings of up to 20% on routine maintenance service for things like oil changes, tires, car washes, etc. • Tire & Wheel Protection: After prior authorization, this benefit reimburses the up to $150 per tire or wheel replacement • Car Rental Discounts: Benefit provides savings of up to 25% off car rentals through Budget and Avis • Auto Expert Hotline: Benefit provides member access to ASE Certified Automotive Technicians Mr. Tichota contacted Carefree Auto customer service on December 30, 2022 and inquired if his auto mechanic had contacted us. Customer service explained that the mechanic does not need prior authorization from Carefree Auto to perform the required repairs. Instead, the member can have mechanical or electrical service completed by the licensed mechanic. Once the services have been completed and paid for, the member can go online or call over the phone to request a reimbursement form. The member can then complete the reimbursement form and send it in with the required documentation. Upon receipt, the reimbursement company (Roadside Protect 888-912-4733) will adjudicate the repair reimbursement request and determine its eligibility. It is unclear as to what Mr. Tichota is requesting in his inquiry. However, I will be more than happy to assist Mr. Tichota with any question or concerns that he may have with the Carefree Auto program.
