Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I had a total knee replacement done in 2018 by Dr Michael Wolfe. The damage that he did to my knee is beyond repair. He damaged the nerves. They never healed he said that they would and they didn't. I do not have full mobility of this leg. I can no longer do the things that I enjoy. I went to get a second opinion and the doctor told me that my knee would never be the same again. I am ruined for life!
