You will want to read it all! My grand son is a new hire at Wal-Mart his start date was 07-24-2021@10pm. He called this "Carolina Taxi" @ 9:00 pm., I became concerned @ 9:40 pm no Taxi arrived, by 9:45 several calls were made to" CarolinaTaxi". And the dispatch person said Taxi was on the way. Time went on, @ 10:15 pm. I concluded it was a " No Show". I called my friend to get him to work, he was late, his first night on the job. Over 30 min. Late. This is a penalty, @ Wal-Mart, HAVING this knowledge, I called " Carolina Taxi" Repeatly, they argued, I argued, after several attempt to reach a supervisor, (at least over a hour on the phone) I was able to speak with GABRIEL, he really appeared to take responsibility, I request that "Carolina Taxi" write a letter for my grandson's employee record, for accountability, and responsibility for this incident, and for Wal-Mart not to penalized my grandsons employee record. GABRIEL AGREED, AND GAVE ME HIS WORD THAT LETTER WOULD BE WRITTEN AND WOULD BE SENT BY THEIR TAXI THE FOLLOWING NIGHT. I ask how to not have this incident again, he suggested that I make reservation for the next 4 days @ 9:30 pm. Reservation were made for the next few nights. No Letter, for No Show and his staff denied this .
