I rate company a zero.

Nelia Tollinchi community Mgr of eleven years, refuses to take my complaints seriously they allow illegal fireworks, using rocket, tube devices, roman candles in a community with an HOA which states no fireworks allowed period under FL statutes chapter 791.012. Give me an official letter from the owner, why in 11 yrs of her employ, he allows her all the power to ignore Florida statutes chapter 791.012 as a resident of 25 years my safety and enjoyment of peace is threatened for 25 yrs every holiday. When I complain she writes up my property for violations, bullying me.
