Casa Grande Motel

I disregarded the rules of the motel about pets. I did have a cat litter box trained in my room. Which i have been living at for 8 months. The motel manager unknowingly entered my motel room without my permission and let my cat out into the street and turn off my TV my air conditioner my lights my exhaust fan open my bathroom window and left it open. She then called my phone and left me a message that I broke the rules by having the cat and I was to leave immediately. before I had returned to get the rest of my things the motel manager had returned to my room again without my permission unknowingly And repeated the things she did previously. What rights do I have as a guest against the motel manager for entering my motel room without permission and then leaving my bathroom window unlocked and open for the public to have access to my personal belongings. I just want to know my rights and have the public be aware of the crappy place of business. The Motel has cockroaches my bathroom sink is half falling off the wall my toilet leaked my bathroom window is broken carpets are so dirty your feet get black I had a dresser that had a broken drawer in it refrigerators disgustingly dirty and they apparently have bed bugs at one time because the chemicals that they use to heat treat still leak down the wall when you turn on the heat and drug activity to.
