I want to file a price gouging report on the store. I believe they are price gouging items

There is a case of beer with a price tag of 19.99 for 18pk. When I went to the register it was 27.00 for the 18pk. When I asked why it was so much the woman at the register said that 27.00 was the price. The same 18pk of beer is 22.00 at a convenience store. Liquor stores generally are supposed to be.
