Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They can do as they please, even break their very own contract once you pay up…even if you stop all services within two weeks

No filings ever made. Services stopped. And they still will take every penny and then try to make deals with you giving you options that go against the contract itself. Alllll to keep that money they did not work for. Record. Email. Everything. Sad world it has come to. It isn't about helping you put with cases as much as it is about getting and keeping as much money they can. Which is fine if alll sides follow the contracts. Pitiful. Talk and talk more, someone you knows knows a good, trustworthy attorney to truly help you and who is fair.
