CEFCU

We were in the bank on west iles July of 2020 and had a problem with my account when I was trying to get a understanding from one of the managers he was very rude and did not take me into the office to talk about my account he told me I had to leave cause when I was explaining the problem I cursed because he said it was a family I'm the bank when there was no one in the bank other then a person who walked in after I cursed so when I left I kicked a cone cause I was really upset at that how unprofessional things were going. Now I can't even go to the bank or talk to any tellers on the phone only Terri whom never answers her phone or reaches back to you,I literally have to call for days straight to even talk to anyone and I've banked with CEFCU for years and never experienced anything so unprofessional in my life. Yes I was wrong for kicking a come but he was also wrong in many different ways and Terri is too she's very unprofessional and doesn't want to listen to what's going on. I feel like I should be able to go to the bank and get money and talk to different tellers,just because one incident I can't even go in the bank to get money or talk to anyone when something is wrong with my account which I know I am not the only person who's had any problems like this at the bank and I was told I would get a letter about this problem and still have yet to receive one. So if someone could please Call me at 2176074361 of this is the case I would like to close my account out.
