This company claims to organize and schedule auditions for children who hope to have a career in the talent business. They claim the auditions are held on behalf of Disney and Nickolodian to cast upcomming roles in pilots and sitcoms sponsored by the companies. Auditions are held at selected locations nationally. The company advertises the auditions via radio TV or various internet sites. ~~Those who attend the audition event are solicited to purchase classes and acting workshops for their children costing between $1900.00 and $6000.00. There are no guarantees of employment associated with the offer. The event is held as a means to recruit new students to attend the acting workshops and theatrical classes offered by the events founder Adrian R'Mantre.~~Mr. R'Mante also owns and operates a company called Celebrity Actors Camp Inc. A seperate report is available upon request.~~Advance Fee Talent Representation Services are prohibited by California law. Generally this means that it is unlawful for such a service to offer to provide either by itself or by referral to someone else service as manager or director of the development of an artist’s career or procurement of (1) a talent agent or manager (2) an employment opportunity or (3) an audition or engagement as an artist if the service charges a fee for any of these services or for (1) photographs websites or any other reproductions or promotional materials (2) lessons coaching seminars workshops or similar training or for (3) any other product or service required to obtain any of these services either from or through the AFTRS. ~~Other kinds of talent services are not prohibited and may charge fees. These include the following services:~~Talent Training Services which may charge a fee to provide an artist either themselves or by referral to someone else lessons coaching seminars workshops or similar training as an artist.~~Talent Counseling Listing and Training Services are required to comply with certain legal requirements with regard to their contract provisions including information about your right to cancel the contract within 10 business days from the date you sign or begin using the services described in the contract and to be bonded.~~~
