Let patients in and be courteous and polite. Patient should feel welcomed not burden. Be considerate.

I had an appointment with Dr Raymond girgis for first time and had to cancel it. We are senior couple and they told us to wait in the hot car until they call us inside. In this hot weather we waited for a long time and finally left without seeing the Dr. Me and my husband both had the appointment but they will take one person at a time. Even you're a patient and still you have to wait outside. It's so ridiculous that patient is not allowed when restriction have been lifted from Covid in new jersey. We have been to so many Drs and always waited with mask in side the office. Is this your policy to make seniors wait in the heat when office is late calling the patient in. I am going to find eye Dr through another network where patients are treated with respect and consideration. Hope you will take some action and solve this problem for your patients. Thanks,
