Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The Central Collection Agency allow their employees to do anything they want to a client with no good reasoning.

My mother died and i was in mourning. I forgot to pay that month but i double up on payment the following month. The Lady in charge of my account (Miss Rosie) did not understand and sent me to have my wages garnished. I have been faithfully paying with little to no interaction. And now they want to take more than i can afford leaving me to a possible homeless case. I was told by her supervisor to bring in my proof for a deduction on the garnishment. However, Miss Rosie did not want to accept my proof, she then smiled and said no you don't need to bring that in because it will take longer for you to pay. and i should barrow money. I can not barrow money i have no resources to do so. I know i owe but i should not have to become homeless in the attempt to pay.
