Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Super friendly staff!

I have been a tenant of this company for 3 years now. If I ever had any questions about my lease or maintenance needs I received professional and fast response. The online tenant portal is great to submit rent and maintenance requests. If I ever save enough to buy investment properties I would use their services so organized and the staff is fabulous. I never want to leave my property!
