Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. BCA's Summary and Analysis:

All complainants allege receiving a post card stating that they've won a sweepstakes and to claim their prize, as much as $789,000, all they have to do is return the notice and a nominal fee to claim the prize. Of the customers who said they paid the fee, they received nothing. Some indicated that they continued to receive notices. Others who requested the company to remove their name from the company's mailing list as they believed the offer was fraudulent were not successful in getting it removed. One customer indicated that the company claimed they would provide a refund, if the customer supplied copies of the money-orders. The customer claimed that even though they did, no refund was forthcoming. All other complaints remain unanswred.
