I purchased a tree from this tree farm and paid the extra to have them deliver and plant it . I had to wait 6 weeks for my tree to be delivered. The planters were 4 hours late with no call to me to inform me of this. The tree they brought was in horrible shape and did not have my name on it. I was not called by the company to try to make this right and was given the run around constantly as to what was going to be done. I was lied to repeatedly and even the owner spoke to me very condescendingly. No one wanted to help me and only wanted to make me go away . I seriously doubt that if I had been a Male I would have been spoken to or treated the way I was. This company has horrible customer service all the way up to the owner himself. I got a receipt for my money back but I was told it would take a few days to get it. We will see. Horrible experience!
