I saw a car on their website, they told me it's sold. But, it's still in their lot!

I communicate with this gentleman by the name of Guestevve from Chicago coming to New York. The price was $10,999. And, we came to a conclusion for $9000 and he told me to come over. I got over there and I asked for the gentleman and I was told he's not in. I went with my wife and my wife saw him with a sign telling another guy that he's not in while he sitting in the office and they told us somebody is buying the car for $15,000 so if we can give more money ...can you give me more money for the car because the guy is asking over $15,000. This car is still sitting in the parking lot for $10,999 and they told me it's sold. This is false advertising!! And another one is a 2015 Nissan Murano on the website for $10,850 they told me it's sold. It is still sitting in the parking lot!! This is what they are doing to people.
