Started foreclosure in September 2018. I followed all the FHA / HECM guidelines for a short sale for years. No results due to Champion Mortgage. Resolution Sought Pay for my damages Champion Mortgage / Nationstar

Our records reflect on March 18, 2022, Champion responded to your complaint for the referenced loan. At that time, you were advised we did not have receipt of proper documentation giving you authorization on the account. Therefore, we are unable to address the concerns mentioned in your correspondence. I have enclosed (copy to BCA for review) copy of the letter dated March 18 2022. Please note, that effective March 1, 2022, the servicing of the Reverse Mortgage was transferred to PHH Mortgage Services, LLC.
