Some customers are asked to pay cash for services. The company's address is a mail drop. Although mail to the Seal Beach address was returned as undeliverable in September 1994, we continue to receive inquiries and complaints. Company phone numbers indicate the company is in Orange county. We routinely urge consumers to always make checks payable to the company, never to a person or cash. Some companies require copies of cancelled checks as proof an order was placed. Federal and State laws allow three day cancellation on any door to door sale transaction totaling $25 or more. To take advantage of these consumer protection laws, we suggest you notify the company certified mail, return receipt requested so you have proof of the cancelation.
