Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Id thefts started in 1968

I'm Dawn Marie jaminet at 1702 Nicholas st. Have had over 19 confirmed I'd thefts w breaches my ss#484 76 2000 confirmed medical Medicaid fraud in Iowa ne sd ks. Having issues with Iowa Medicaid fraud please contact ne legal aid as I have contacted the cathedral in Sioux Falls SD. Need legal aid to clear up this matter. Was told at legal aid of Nebraska you wait here 1 year for name change. Staying at 1702 Nicholas can contact me at work major plastics I work 2 nd shift since 7 22 2019.also medical advise hearing issue went into St Luke's medical Center for Colon check for polyps. Received hearing device for sr. Citizens. Unlawfully done.. Can contact Bonnie at cathedral Sioux Falls SD. Press chargers on my behalf. I not test subject never in military. Many I'd thefts. Never gave anyone permission to use name ss # to purchase rent sell. Or purchase in my name change to other name. My total debt should be about 1200.00.you have permission to go public print as I gave Washington Post permission. Noted no phone cars trucks ect. No property.
