Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I would like to be able to have a drink wherever I want

I was verbally and physically assaulted in this bar more than once on two separate occasions. Once by a customer who was still allowed in and once by a bar employee ; who still works there, the bar manager asked me to leave and still let the other person continue to frequent the bar. Afterwards I started attending a different bar owned by the same person. They informed their staff it to serve me, when had don't nothing at the other establishment. I was also asked to leave. It is a public place I should be able to go where ever I want and not have to worry about being assaulted.
