Women was very rude and obnoxious as well as unprofessional.

On 03/06/2020 my wife and I attempted to visit The Chase House senior citizens apartments as potential would be residents, as we were looking for a apartment. Upon entering the building we were greeted by security guard who paged the manager. The manager came forward and just stood looking me up and down then asked me what I want in a real arrogant and disrespectful manner. I asked if I had done or said anything wrong and she( ( the manager ) began to get loud and obnoxious. I asked her what her name is and she told me that it wasn't none of my business and she wasn't going to tell me anything. At that point my wife and I decided to exit the apartment building. This women was very rude and obnoxious as well as unprofessional. I request that this employee whose name was later discovered to be Ms,Bourne, not be allowed to work in any position where the public is concerned because of her nasty attitude.
