Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Talk to Dr. O, and get him to understand, Patient Etiquette!

This Dr. O, was rude and told me, I could reschedule or get my money refunded! He didn't care, I had been at his office, since, 215pm. At the time, I was the only waiting. He only cared about sending assistants home, so he didn't have to pay them. I left his office at 430pm, with my 150.00 refunded. His Staff of Assistants and Naomi, were Fantastic. He has a Great Staff, he's the one, who think he is almighty. I will also, be contacting Cinga, to change my dentist, immediately!
