I purchased A plane ticket for $1280.92 from this company Cheap Oair and they charged my credit well over double the amount. They charged my credit card $18.04 two times, $79.82, $582.71 , and $1,165. 42 two times! They over charged my credit card over $1750.00 which inconvenienced myself and my family while we were out celebrating Christmas. I expect to get my money back and compensated for this horrible mistake this company made which isn't the first time this has happened. Resolution Sought I want my money that they owe me back and be compensated for this horrible mistake!

Mr. Ford went onto our website on December 25, 2024 and purchased two round trip airline tickets for travel between Washington DC and Nassau, Bahamas. He was quoted an amount and authorized the charge. In his complaint he has stated that he has seen duplicate charges on his statement. He has sent a copy of the statement which show pending charges. We have advised him that pending charges should automatically drop off but if he sees posted charges that do not match up with what he has authorized to let us know and we will be happy to look further into it for him. I booked a ticket through CheapOair, but the airline later canceled my reservation, stating that CheapOair is not an authorized vendor, which left me unable to fly as planned. When I contacted CheapOair to request a refund, I was disconnected multiple times whenever I mentioned the refund request. Additionally, I filed a dispute with Cash App, as I used my Cash App card for the purchase. However, the dispute was denied, with Cash App claiming that the vendor fulfilled my order. I am dissatisfied with this experience because I am now left without a flight and unable to obtain a refund for a service that was never provided. I am seeking assistance in obtaining a fair resolution and a refund for the canceled ticket. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Resolution Sought A full refund of $131.00

October 30, 2024 Business Consumer Alliance PO Box 970 Colton, CA 92324-0814 Company ID 156607207 Re: Ms. Lynch /87449847 Dear Sirs: Ms. Lynch went onto our website on September 30, 2024 and purchased a round trip airline ticket for travel between Charleston, South Carolina and Orlando, Florida. Travel was scheduled to begin October 26, 2024. On October 28, 2024 we received an email from Ms. Lynch stating that the airline cancelled her flight. The airline has advised that this was done due to a misunderstanding on the form of payment used by the agency. They sent confirmation that was shared with Ms. Lynch that a refund was being processed. A refund of the fee charged by our agency has also been processed back to Ms. Lynch. After receiving the complaint we spoke with Ms. Lynch to reconfirm this information with her. She has also been given direct contact information for one of our representatives for any further questions or concerns. We appreciate the time and attention your office has given to this matter.
