Once I finally received the info I went and paid it to get it back spent a whole day getting lied to by the company

I got a tittle pawn and was a week late on the payment. They came and took it once that happened I got the run a round for a week before they would even tell me where my vehicle was and how much I had to pay to get it back. Once I finally received the info I went and paid it to get it back spent a whole day getting lied to by the company saying that it would only be a few hours one time I got told 45 min and all day I was told it would be done by the end of the day well come the end of the day I called again and got told it will take up to 48 hours and up until I mentioned it I wasn't even getting asked for my address or last 4 of my social this company needs to get it together I've never seen a title pawn give this much of a hard time they got their money 24 hours ago and I still haven't got my car get it's ridicules
