Very Poor Customer Service!!!

On Grove Street in Shelby, N.C. we got very rude service from a lady serving us.. about a sundea and some fries we had ordered. My husband wasn't being rude at all ge was only telling the lady to make them large with extra cheese and bacon on the loaded fries.. because the last time we had ordered we hardly got any cheese and bacon on it. He was being nice to her about it... the lady was VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. My number 704 477 8662 I'd like to talk to a head cooperate and complain because the disrespect and service we got from this lady was down right rude.. something needs to be done about her attitude and how she's treating customers. I would like the lady fired.
