One of the worst customer service and worst manager ever!

One of the worst manager ever. Ever complaint that's goes against you is that you always lied that your customer use foul language at you. One word of foul language and you kick your customer out of the premises. Worste place for customer service because they don't care.. some people will bite their tongue to to live there for one night. Over all as the place.. bathroom and place is pretty clean. I wish corporate can see that it's always about the same complaint about the manager there and her name is Joanne Furr
