they tried changing 10 cents a bag for a 20 dollar purchase on food stamps

Went to use food stamp card and they tried changing 10 cents a bag for a 20 dollar purchase on food stamps then also tried taking double payment on food stamps card please do a thorough investigation on them please cause if they can do this to me pretty sure they are doing it to others. I want the store to be called out into the open so other people and others like me that are disabled and pretty much homeless people to be aware of being ripped off like I caught them doing to me and that that they can be stopped from ripping people and government off
