Restaurant is dirty and service is poor

I went to this restaurant at Surprise location. We sat down at the place they had told. Us to sit down and the restaurant was very dirty. The service wasn't good. And the food wasn't that good as well. It made everyone at my home sick. The service was not good either. And I feel it should be more cleaner. Than it should be at the restaurant. The hygiene was not great either. I would like the restaurant to be more cleaner. And better service as well everything that I mentioned before. They also should had some company to inspect the restaurant.
