They did not tell us they needed a credit card and they denied us service.

We made an appointment and were not told over the phone that they needed a credit card. Well when we got there that told us they needed a credit card, we gave them a card and we were told that there was no way to run the card it was just being used on file. Well they ran the credit card anyway and denied us service. To make their customers aware in advance are their new requirements of urgent care facilities we were put in because of the long waits at the hospital. To make their customers aware that they are no longer part of the hospital and they have new requirements. Change the name from urgent care to they don't care.
