Very unhappy

I am not happy with the advertising that led to my purchase of this product. There is nothing "free" about this product. It is meant to take advantage of consumers. I tried to return the product and mid call the person did not respond even though the connection was not lost. Why does it take an act of congress to return a product? Scam alert! Why are there not complete instructions given with the product. Like all other products that you order through the mail. Shame on Christie Brinkley and her obvious greed driven business practices.
