Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Church of Merch were a scam - They declared Bankruptcy But are coming back - look out

I ordered some items from these guys in Dec 2016 - They were running Pink Floyd's merch at the time. They sent me a confirmation and a DHL tracking #. Their scam was this: they created DHL tracking #s for packages that didn't exist! The packages (not just mine) then mysteriously disappeared when they were "with DHL". Church of Merch's "Ronny" tried to get me to make a claim with DHL. Legally as the shipper that's their responsibility. I got tired of dealing with these clowns. I made a claim with my credit card Co. and got a refund. Meanwhile Pink Floyd switched their operations to Music Today in VA. In August 2017 Church of Merch declared bankruptcy in California. However I notice that their website is back up. Buyer Beware
