Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Avoid Churchill Management Group

Lots of red flags. After 15 years with the Firm: the returns, costs, transparency, promotions, advertising, investment strategies, etc were just terrible. Years ago I asked them to take my fairly livable retirement package and just keep it up with inflation and not lose it. By the time of my retirement they had reduced it to an unlivable amount. I agree with the other reviewers regarding Churchill.
