This warranty company took money every month and then took the deductible for a claim then proceeded to take the word of a disingenuous repair company over me a close claim a denied a repair. They would not even let another company come out to look at the oven. Resolution Sought I would like the company to pay for a replacement oven after the repair company they sent out could not repair the issue I believe a new oven or financial compensation for me to purchase an oven is not asking to much. I would also accept a refund of all payments including monthly payments and deductibles to make me whole.

I put in a service request for my washer .It took them weeks to respond and the company they sent out diagnosed wrong and sent the wrong part. So the tech told me it was nothing he could do. I called Chinch many time only to be put on hold or cut off ...This company use to be called HMS they were very good but Chich took over and l have had problems with them from the start. Hear is the phone number 1 800 432 1033 Resolution Sought Refund my moneys and l have been paying them for months ....
