Circle A Grocery store

My problem is I coming to the store and I know now where I'm supposed to get $4 back in some change if I'm giving you five dollars and I say take a dollar out of the five and I gave him two pennies it should have been 23 since if it's 33 cents and I gave him two pennies and $6 I gave him a whole five and I stay out of my other five give me four ones back not take a whole 10 dollar bill and give me $3 and some change back I supposed to have four his name is Mr Alex he is the store owner he's not American he is from another country and he being rude and every time I seem like he getting over cuz he was only texting me one time now he start doing the double texting and that's not right because I said here cash out $5 into pennies and tell me to remain the balance and I told him give me five ones and I'll give you some change out of that back I got owe him I owe him a dollar and 23 pennies or 29 pennies and he took more than that out and he's rude and I don't like nobody to get over on me and I'm not good with math but I'm damn better at it I have a midum intermediate level of math
