Need to learn people skills.

On 2/23/23 at approximately 8 am I went to Circle k to purchase a energy drink (Monster) I noticed the checkout line was long so I went to the self check out which was available once I approached the self check out that is when the Manager hollered out sir! That's not working! You gotta get on line like everyone else back there! You gotta get in line! Aggressive. That when I had enough this has been an ongoing situation with this particular guy he's very rude and got a hot temper a lot of customers experience this but don't know what steps to take. I honestly do believe he's just another Racist that hates African Americans but can't stop their business so he gives them a hard time so the blacks can take their business elsewhere .
