When into store to buy cigarettes I'd and debit card in hand ready to check out and provide drivers license when asked. My 16 year old daughter was standing to the left of me. When I present cashier Michael with my identification he asked me who my daughter was in a rude manner. I answered his question by saying my daughter. I then asked him why are you asking me that he said "he needed to hear it out my mouth". I said sir she is not purchasing the cigarettes neither did you hear her ask me to purchase the cigarettes for her. When I proceed Ed to question him his other coworker tried to defend but could not answer my question as well. I am a of them patron of this store and two weeks prior while standing in line a customer was in front of me purchasing cigarettes never carded at all. When it was next for my turn she requested my Identification which was readily available. I asked her why didn't you card the prior customer she stated "oh because I know him" isn't that against company policy I told her she should have be consistent it clearly shows discrimination. Adhere to policy tobacco without discriminating. Circle k should post there number so that customers now who to call when they need to file a compliant or compliment.
