The clerk refused to check or make me a sale because I was on the phone

On 10/27/2021, Between 3:52pm and 4:12pm, I entered Circle K at 1747 Rainbow Dr. Gadsden, AL 35901, 256-549-1869 to make a purchase. While standing in line, I witnessed a white female cashier let an unknown white female who was unable to pay for her gasoline leave the store. Before the white female left the store, the white female promised to return with the money for the gasoline. The white female asked the clerk if she needed her I.D., name and number. The clerk who did not know her said no. When I got to the counter I was talking to someone on the phone and asked the clerk what flavor tobacco product did she have. The clerk refused to check or make me a sale because I was on the phone. I hung the phone up and she still refused to make me a sale. She then called the Sheriffs office on me. Once the sheriff investigator entered the store and asked what happened, He asked the clerk why didn't she sale me the products. The clerk said it was against the law. The Sherriff department informed her that no law had been broken. She still refused to sale me the products. I asked her why did she go out of her way to let the white female leave the store who did not have any money but not make me a sale with money. She did not give me or the sheriffs department a credible answer. I have the witness that was on the phone with and the Officers who responded to the incident as witnesses. I fill harassed and discriminated against because I am black and the female was shown
