Tell her not to yell at adults & not to yell at anyone. She should be fired this happens a lot I am reporting it now

My complaint is about the female cashier yelling & screaming at me. That's my complaint. I believe she was drunk or drank heavy the night before or she was detoxing of hard narcotics On Tuesday June 14th 2022 @6:00a.m.-6:30a.m. at Circle K Gas Station on 610 West South Street Freeport Illinois 61032 a female cashier yelled at me & belittled me. I bought a circle K mug for $12.99 at the time I bought the mug I was told I was allowed to get free ice as long as I have the mug. Now this day I entered the store & asked the younger male cashier for ice & he said yes. I get the ice & she yells at me. Yes yells!!! There is no more free ice! Corporate said no more free ice ,& she ranted on screaming at me saying pay a $1.52 or pour it out. My complaint is her screaming at me & making me pour out my ice. It is two Circle K Gas Stations in Freeport Illinois. She charges $1.52 & the other store charges $0,52 that is a dollar difference. Is she stealing??? I have contacted the district manager a ton of times & never got a response. I am a certified drug counselor & she was either still drunk from the night before or drinking on the job or she was coming down off a hard narcotic. I paid $12.99 for the mug. Once I paid for it we was in a legal contract. The contract has been breached by not allowing me to get the ice. That is breach of contract & illegal. But yes her screaming & yelling at me is unacceptable & she does it a lot to a lot of customers. I just choose to report her this time. S
