On Friday 08/31/2018. I legal resident of the United States of Ecuadorian nationality and black race, was having car issues, desperate to solve my problem. I stopped at Circle Sunoco, hoping to get service. I went in the store and talked to the clerk. I explained him my situation, he told me to go in the car shop, and look for Mr, Yama. I did so and called for him, when a man stood up from behind a car and yelled at me. Saying "what the hell did I want. Don't you see I am busy? Get the hell out" He charged at me. Very upset, called "N" word.. That he was going to call the cops and throw me out. Went inside the store, yelled at thee clerk. Some more. I reacted and told him that I am not a child. That he owed me respect. That I had money to pay. All i was looking for, was help. That I was about to lose my job if I did not fix my car. (This morning, I found out that in fact. I was fired.) I had money to pay and I feel that for my appearance, he jumped to a conclusion, and thought I was a beggar. I was really shaken up about the incident. I want justice. I want to deal with a lawyer. I lost my job. I was insulted. That is racism.
