Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. No one contacted me yet

I got rear-ended by Sam's club manager loading my package on my top of the line Toyota Tundra pickup that I have purchased new for more than 50K USD and only drove 10k miles on it. The store manager drove straight into my tailgate and totally destroyed the tailgate. He told me Sam's insurance will take care of me, gonna receive a call the next day. Two days passed, no call. I have called the insurance company twice, waited more than 40 minutes on both occasions, no one picked up. I have a broken pickup that can't be locked and have to take time out work to deal with this. The resale value got slashed because of the negligence of sams manager.
