Great Collaboration

My experience with Claimtek has been exceptional. I was very impressed with how thorough and effective the one on one training and education was. The trainers were all very professional, knowledgeable and patient. The software training was very easy to learn and navigate. I also truly admire the level of support that the ClaimTek staff has offered and continues to aid me on this journey. With their guidance I truly feel confident in growing a very successful business.

It has been a great experience

I just want to say how pleased I have been with every aspect of the Claimtek Licensee training and support thus far. I am in the final phase of training now, not only learning the marketing aspects of a successful medical billing business, but actually putting the training to work by seeking leads and beginning to make calls to set appointments. The MedOffice training with Jennifer Roush as well as the DentOffice training with Tamra Chaney has been thorough and insightful. Both instructors offered not only their expertise in the subject matter, but offered advice based on their experience. They provided lots of supporting materials as well as resources. In Jennifer and Tamra, I have gained more than knowledge, I have added two great friends. The marketing training with Nizar Ballouzeh has been spot on. He has great command of the subject of marketing the medical billing business and he not only teaches the material, but also offers his point of view as well as tailoring the material to meet my specific needs. He has given me great confidence to use the tools provided in ways that will build a highly successful business. He is genuinely interested in my success and shows it in every session we have. To wrap it all up, there's the person who has guided me through the process since the first phone call.. That person is Shawn Watkins. Shawn has been patient and insightful and is able to break down complex subjects into simple ideas. Rather than trying to sell me the Claimtek opportunity, Shawn guided me through every aspect of the business to help me determine if this was the right opportunity for me. When he didn't have the answer to a question, he found the answer. I am fortunate to have Shawn in my corner. This has been a team effort from day one and I am confident that I have the tools and support that I need to be successful in the medical billing and practice management business.
